研究员，博士生导师， 1957年毕业于北京大学生物学。早年曾从事放射生物学工作，70年代中期从事以来转向遗传学研究，主要工作有基因地结构、功能、表达调控的分子机制及基因工程技术等。
研究简介
酵母酸性磷酸脂酶基因表达到分子机制，包括调控元件和转录因子的结构与功能，蛋白质因子的相互作用，磷酸化对转录活性的调节等。同时利用酵母双向杂交系统，研究人细胞周期活动中Rb和p53与其他蛋白质相互作用的规律，筛选人类新基因探讨这些基因在细胞增殖、调亡和癌变中的作用。
