From January 2006, manuscript can only be submitted to this journal by Online Submission System. If you really have difficulties in using the online system, you may send us your manuscript through e-mail, we can upload your file as your proxy.

        Notice for Online Submission:
        You need to CREATE your own account (USER ID and PASSWORD) the first time you use this online system. And then log on to the server using your USER ID and PASSWORD, and submit your manuscript online according to the instructions of the system. The manuscript should be uploaded in Microsoft Word document format. Please be sure to check the PDF before the final submit. If you forget your USER ID or PASSWORD, just use the Password Help function. Enter your e-mail address to receive an e-mail with your account information.
